Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rammer Jammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krostiner Magamedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krostiner Magamedov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rammer Jammer !
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Krostiner Magamedov!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Columbo Gatti and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jammer looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Jammer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Magamedov tries to improve position but can't.
Magamedov gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Jammer trying to mount his opponent but Magamedov defends it.
Jammer stands up from half guard.
Magamedov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jammer circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Magamedov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Magamedov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jammer counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Magamedov is not content to let Jammer control the position.

Jammer works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Jammer perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Magamedov looks like he's trying to stand up.
Jammer is keen to just control but Magamedov is a slippery customer.

Magamedov is refusing to be controlled, as Jammer sits in half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Rammer Jammer .
Magamedov gets caught flat footed, as Jammer shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jammer postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Magamedov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jammer can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Jammer decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Jammer drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Jammer decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Magamedov is looking to clinch.
Magamedov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jammer to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Jammer lands a couple of digs.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Magamedov is staying active underneath Jammer , who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The fighters are battling for position here. Magamedov manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Jammer fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Magamedov sprawls well initially but Jammer persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Jammer moves nicely into side control.
Magamedov is trying to get back to his feet.
Magamedov is looking for a sweep.
Jammer trying to control the position but Magamedov is working away.
Jammer advances to full mount.
Magamedov manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Jammer prevents Magamedov from improving his position.

Jammer has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Jammer postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Magamedov looks a forlorn figure.
Jammer takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.
Jammer struggling to keep hold of the position.
Jammer is looking for the choke from the back position but Magamedov is controlling his hands well.

Jammer working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
Jammer has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Magamedov has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
I really don't envy Magamedov right now.
Magamedov staying busy and making it hard for Jammer to control.

Jammer looking to break Magamedov's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Magamedov remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Jammer will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Oooh a big shot gets through from Jammer . Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
