Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Casey Ryback (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nes Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nes Quick told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Casey Ryback!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nes Quick!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Steven Brown and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quick fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Quick shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ryback pinned against the cage. Ryback gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ryback avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Quick should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Quick takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A combination from Quick does no damage.
Ryback turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Quick closes the distance and clinches up with Ryback, looking for a takedown. Quick pushes Ryback against the cage but Ryback circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Casey Ryback has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nes Quick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ryback lands a nice hook to Quick's body. Quick takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Ryback with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Quick looks winded!
Ryback changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
A chopping leg kick lands by Ryback.
Quick walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Ryback is looking to slow Quick down with leg kicks.
Quick takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ryback steps into range and cracks Quick with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Quick flops backwards and Ryback dives into his guard looking to finish!
Quick is rocked!
It looks like Nes Quick has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Ryback's corner is telling him to maintain position.
We're going to have a standup here because Casey Ryback wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Ryback buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Nice uppercut there from Ryback.
Quick is trying desperately to land a takedown but Ryback is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Quick.
Ryback waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Quick. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Quick to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Quick is still in real trouble! Can Ryback finish him?
Ryback controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Quick seems to have recovered his senses.
Ryback wants to control from the top but Quick keeps moving.
Ryback throwing strikes but missing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ryback looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Ryback trying to control the position from guard on top but Quick is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Casey Ryback.
Ryback works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Ryback drops Quick with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Quick! Ryback dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Casey Ryback!
Casey Ryback decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
