Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Will Bowlsby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bogie McGill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bowlsby comes to the cage accompanied by Whoop That Trick. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Will Bowlsby! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bogie McGill! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bowlsby blocks a head kick by McGill.
Bowlsby jabs McGill right on the nose. McGill blinks but takes it well. McGill gets a clinch. McGill keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Bowlsby's efforts to push away. McGill wants the takedown. Bowlsby is fighting it off but McGill persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Bowlsby's guard against the cage. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Bowlsby trying to control the position.
McGill seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. It looks like McGill might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. McGill advances position into side control! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGill is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Bowlsby will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. McGill has knee on belly and moves into mount. McGill throwing strikes here but Bowlsby is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

McGill takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. McGill's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bowlsby might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Bogie McGill hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Bowlsby feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits McGills jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! McGill is looking to take this fight into the clinch. McGill connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. McGill tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bowlsby paws at him with a jab and circles away. McGill bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Bowlsby loads up on a big right hand but McGill slips the punch. McGill tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bowlsby punishes McGill's body with a nice straight punch. McGill doesn't manage to clinch there - Bowlsby circles away.
Bowlsby uses good head movement to avoid the hook from McGill. McGill closes the distance and clinches. McGill is struggling to control the position. McGill connects with a nasty looking knee right to Bowlsby's face.
It looks like Will Bowlsby has been cut. Bowlsby wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but McGill has him pressed against the cage. McGill stalls. McGill scores a nice knee to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bowlsby tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bogie McGill dominated that round. The cut man is working on Will Bowlsby's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
McGill uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bowlsby. McGill misses with a head kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - McGill looks like he's thinking about clinching though. McGill lands a head kick!
Bowlsby is rocked! Bogie McGill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McGill fails miserably with a takedown attempt. McGill moves into the clinch. McGill crunches a lovely knee into Bowlsby's ribcage. Bowlsby is trying to break the clinch but McGill is controlling him. McGill with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Oh Bowlsby is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! McGill changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bowlsby fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGill clinches with his opponent.

Bowlsby seems to have got his legs back now. Bowlsby is trying to force a seperation but McGill has the dominant position. McGill effectively controlling the action here. Bowlsby wants to break free but McGill has control.
Bowlsby gets underhooks to prevent McGill's takedown attempt.
Will Bowlsby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bogie McGill. A knee to the head by McGill.
McGill tries for a takedown but Bowlsby manages to get underhooks.
McGill has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bowlsby avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. McGill putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Bowlsby in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Bowlsby is trying to break the clinch but McGill has him pressed against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McGill landing some nice looking knees to the body.
McGill scores with a knee to the head.
McGill has picked Bowlsby up - he's going for a ride! McGill dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bowlsby trying to control from the bottom.
McGill passes the guard and advances to mount! Bowlsby knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McGill on the ground. Bowlsby wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by McGill.

That's three minutes gone in the round. McGill throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. McGill working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Bowlsby looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by McGill! Submission of the night perhaps?
