Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jay Garrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Garrick drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Thomas manages to get back to half guard.

Garrick is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Thomas is just riding it out for now. Garrick eventually gives up the hold.

Garrick shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Thomas's guard.

Thomas is rocked!

It looks like Christopher Thomas has been cut.
Garrick chips away with some ground and pound.
Thomas is still in real trouble! Can Garrick finish him?
Garrick arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Thomas's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
