Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kinny Carose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Czarek Marnota (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marnota has chosen Zawsze Jak Król as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kinny Carose!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Czarek Marnota!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marnota shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Carose counters with a left and a right that stings Marnota.
Marnota shoots for a double leg takedown but Carose sprawls well. He's pushed Marnota's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Marnota misses with a takedown
and Carose counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Kinny Carose has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Czarek Marnota.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Marnota looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Marnota avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Carose wants to control from the top but Marnota keeps moving.
We're going to have a standup here because Kinny Carose wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Marnota shoots in looking for a takedown. Carose tries to sprawl out of it but Marnota keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Carose manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Marnota shoots in but no luck this time.

Marnota tries to improve position but can't.
Carose wants to lay and pray for a moment but Marnota keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Carose moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Carose in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Carose wants to control but Marnota is keeping him busy.
Marnota is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Carose off and has taken his back!

Marnota has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Carose has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Marnota is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Carose knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Carose for a finish.
Marnota is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Carose defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Carose rolls, trying to escape but Marnota keeps control of the position.

Marnota is looking for the choke from the back position but Carose is controlling his hands well.
Carose is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Carose tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Carose wants to hold on but Marnota pushes him away.
Carose really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Marnota goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Carose turns into him and now he's in Marnota's guard.

Carose tries to free his leg and advance position but Marnota is retaining full guard.
Marnota is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Carose slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Marnota working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Carose doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Carose manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Carose's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Marnota looking for a sweep. Not yet Marnota, not yet.
Carose got a little sloppy there for a moment and Marnota has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Carose has managed to get both his arms back between Marnota's legs - danger averted.

Marnota can't keep his opponent in guard - Carose advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Marnota slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kinny Carose dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Marnota looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Carose!
Kinny Carose overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Carose tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Marnota has an Americana. Carose didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Marnota is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Marnota hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Czarek Marnota!
A very excited looking Czarek Marnota made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
