The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bautista Jr fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Thornton avoids it really well and circles away.
Bautista Jr shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Thornton as he jumps to the side.
Thornton scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like David Bautista Jr has been cut.
Thornton misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Thornton drops Bautista Jr with a beautiful combination! Bautista Jr stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Thornton is looking for the KO!

Thornton Throws a clean left jab. Thornton Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Bautista Jr's chin! Bautista Jr crumbles to the ground and Thornton follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Thornton!
