Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Arne Georgsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the ring it seems that Victor Creed has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Victor Creed seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Georgsen tries to clinch there but Creed circles away.
Georgsen keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
A nice combination there by Georgsen.

It looks like Victor Creed has been cut.
Creed dodges the punch combination from Georgsen.
Georgsen moves in looking to clinch but Creed pushes him off.
Georgsen misses with a wild body shot.

Georgsen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Creed misses with a takedown attempt - Georgsen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Creed closes this distance looking for a takedown but Georgsen circles away.
Georgsen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Creed moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Creed counters with a single leg into guard. Georgsen didn't expect that.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Georgsen can do anything to dispel that myth.
Creed sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Georgsen's guard.

Creed wants to work for an arm triangle but Georgsen is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Georgsen is looking to improve his position.
Georgsen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Creed. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Creed is working for a kimura but Georgsen is defending it quite comfortably.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Creed passes Georgsen's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Creed is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Georgsen defends it well.
Georgsen throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

Creed is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Georgsen tries to roll over but Creed keeps him under control.
Creed passes the guard and advances to mount!

The referee warns Georgsen that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Georgsen tries to hold on but Creed pushes him away.

Creed has hold of Georgsen's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Georgsen manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Creed is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Georgsen can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Georgsen stuffs the takedown attempt from Creed. Creed gets slowly back to his feet.

Georgsen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
