Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Hinkley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Man Ape (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Hinkley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Man Ape!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hinkley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ape tries to avoid it but Hinkley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ape to the ground. Ape escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hinkley fails with the takedown.
Hinkley shoots in for a double leg but Ape sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam Hinkley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hinkley is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ape throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ape keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Hinkley could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Ape sends Hinkley crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Ape is motioning to the referee to let Hinkley up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Hinkley throws a nice looking combination but Ape bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hinkley shoots in but no luck this time.
Ape connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Hinkley tumbling to the canvas! Ape pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Hinkley was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Man Ape!
