Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang scores with the left hand. Westen knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Roy Westen has been cut.
Lang misses with a right hand
and Westen counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Lang circles away from the clinch attempt
and Lang counters by clinching up.
Westen tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lang smiles and moves away.
Lang lands with a nice combination. Westen backs away looking to recover.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Westen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Lang circles away from the clinch attempt
letting Lang counter with a right hand.

Westen tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Lang counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Lang.
Lang keeps control of Westen as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Westen tries for a takedown but Lang manages to get underhooks.
Tommy Lang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roy Westen.
Lang scores with a nice hook to the head.
Westen takes a shot to the head.
Lang lands with a short shot to the head.
Lang pushes Westen back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Westen trying to stall but Lang improves his position.
Westen wants to take the fight to the mat but Lang manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Westen tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lang just stands there and leans against the cage.

Lang lands with a light punch inside.
Lang lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Lang lands a left hand that snaps the head of Westen backwards.
Westen is trying to force a seperation but Lang has the dominant position.
Westen's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Lang gets through Westen's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Westen tries to break free but Lang pushes him back against the cage.
Westen is trying to pull guard but Lang turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Westen looks winded!

Lang prevents a takedown attempt there.
Westen misses with a knee strike.
Westen's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Lang has Westen pushed against the cage.

That has opened up Roy Westen's cut even more.

Lang lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Lang lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Westen is rocked!
Lang dips a shoulder and cracks Westen with a mighty uppercut! Westen falls back against the cage and Lang unloads with a barrage of strikes! Westen is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Lang screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tommy Lang!
