Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fernandes Cardoso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Condit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Condit comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Aint no sunshine kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Cardoso has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Fernandes Cardoso has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Carlos Condit! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cardoso throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Condit tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Cardoso is in Condit's guard. Condit pushes Cardoso off and gets back to his feet.
Condit is looking to clinch but Cardoso is avoiding it.
Condit closes the distance and clinches. A nice glancing elbow lands by Condit. Cardoso takes a knee right on the jaw!

Carlos Condit decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
