Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Danjie Mercado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Finnick Odair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finnick Odair will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Finnick Odair! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mercado avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

It's a sloppy attempt though and Mercado jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
