Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zane Archavin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zane Archavin looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Emelianenko.

Emelianenko crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Archavin - the referee stops the clock and Emelianenko gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Archavin. Emelianenko manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Horrible takedown by Emelianenko or perhaps it was just good defense by Archavin which made him look bad.
Emelianenko feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well Emelianenko has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
