Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Apple Jacks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dawid Bobrowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jacks's entrance music is Hall of Fame. A fine choice. Apple Jacks has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Apple Jacks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dawid Bobrowski! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bobrowski closes the distance and clinches up with Jacks, looking for a takedown. Bobrowski pushes Jacks against the cage but Jacks circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Jacks displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bobrowski. Bobrowski takes the fight into the clinch. Bobrowski jumps into guard, dragging Jacks to the mat.
Bobrowski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bobrowski seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Dawid Bobrowski has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jacks is defended easily by Bobrowski. Bobrowski is trying hard to land a takedown here. Jacks sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Apple Jacks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dawid Bobrowski.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacks misses with a takedown attempt - Bobrowski sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bobrowski closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jacks to the mat! Jacks manages to get full guard. Bobrowski not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Jacks working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bobrowski. Jacks has an active guard here but Bobrowski has managed to pass into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Bobrowski passes to side control. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Bobrowski working the ground and pound but Jacks is defending the strikes. Bobrowski is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jacks knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jacks is trying to work for a sweep but Bobrowski has mounted him!

Bobrowski thowing shots but they're missing. Bobrowski punching from mount but Jacks doing a good job of avoiding damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bobrowski sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Bobrowski tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. It looks like Bobrowski might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Bobrowski has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bobrowski throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Bobrowski takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jacks gets in close and instigates a clinch. Jacks changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bobrowski fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Jacks scores with a kick to the midsection. A head kick misses from Bobrowski. Bobrowski slaps away a takedown attempt from Jacks, before circling back to the center of the mat. Jacks fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bobrowski avoids it really well and circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Apple Jacks. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jacks pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bobrowski drives through with a takedown into Jacks's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Dawid Bobrowski has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacks is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bobrowski is aware though and is defending well. Bobrowski thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bobrowski controlling from the top position. Jacks knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bobrowski on the ground. Bobrowski gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Bobrowski has closed the distance and engaged Jacks in a clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Bobrowski - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jacks jumps guard but Bobrowski turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Bobrowski avoiding damage.
Jacks looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Bobrowski successfully pulls guard.
Jacks throws a strike but Bobrowski rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Bobrowski pushes down on Jacks's leg and manages to get into half guard. Bobrowski throwing shots but Jacks is blocking nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bobrowski lands strikes from half guard. Bobrowski decides to stand and escape the position. Jacks fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Nice shot by Bobrowski. Bobrowski has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bobrowski is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Jacks keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Bobrowski's efforts to push away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bobrowski is trying to drag Jacks to the mat but Jacks just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Bobrowski gets through Jacks's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Jacks tries to pull guard but Bobrowski holds him up against the cage and eventually Jacks drops back down to his feet.
Bobrowski is looking to break free of the clinch but Jacks has double underhooks. Jacks is trying to break the clinch but Bobrowski has him pressed against the cage. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bobrowski jumps guard.

Bobrowski keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Jacks closes the distance looking to clinch and Bobrowski counters with a takedown into side control. Bobrowski moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Let's hope that Bobrowski has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Jacks tries to bench press Bobrowski off him but Bobrowski keeps the position. Bobrowski controls the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Dawid Bobrowski hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Bobrowski shoots in and drives through. Jacks sprawls well. Jacks takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Jacks tries to clinch and Bobrowski holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Bobrowski is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Bobrowski is looking for a takedown. Bobrowski is looking to take this one to the mat. Apple Jacks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dawid Bobrowski. Bobrowski takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Jacks drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Jacks stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bobrowski swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bobrowski is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bobrowski is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jacks doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bobrowski. Jacks looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bobrowski thows a huge punch but Jacks dodges it nicely.

Bobrowski throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Bobrowski thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jacks's head. Bobrowski is pressing down on Jacks's thigh, looking to free his foot. Jacks is holding on for now. Jacks is defending against the submission attempts here by Bobrowski.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bobrowski looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Bobrowski's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
And that's the end of the fight! Dawid Bobrowski comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bobrowski has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
