Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buakaw Nahwatsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Condit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nahwatsu comes into the arena with The Two Towers blaring out of the sound system. Peter Condit has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Buakaw Nahwatsu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Peter Condit!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nahwatsu throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nahwatsu misses with a head kick.
Condit shoots in but Nahwatsu avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nahwatsu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Condit shoots and misses
and Nahwatsu counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Condit is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Nahwatsu slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

and Nahwatsu counters with a nice low kick that buckles Condit's knee momentarily.
Buakaw Nahwatsu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Condit.
Condit looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

and Nahwatsu counters with a series of strikes. Condit will be more careful next time no doubt.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Condit shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nahwatsu sprawls well. Nahwatsu wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Condit gets slowly back to his feet.
Nahwatsu lands a head kick!
Condit is rocked!
Condit is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Nahwatsu just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Condit has gone limp and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Buakaw Nahwatsu!
Buakaw Nahwatsu decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
