Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between James Dean Rockefeller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tsutomu Miyazaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rockefeller comes to the cage accompanied by Kreator - Violent Revolution. Tsutomu Miyazaki is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, James Dean Rockefeller! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Tsutomu Miyazaki! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miyazaki closes the distance and clinches up with Rockefeller, looking for a takedown. Miyazaki pushes Rockefeller against the cage but Rockefeller circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Rockefeller swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rockefeller throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Rockefeller lands an overhand right. Rockefeller pushes Miyazaki up against the cage in a clinch. Miyazaki wants to take the fight to the mat but Rockefeller manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Miyazaki has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Rockefeller after a bit of a struggle. James Dean Rockefeller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tsutomu Miyazaki. Rockefeller gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Miyazaki.
Rockefeller has hold of one of Miyazaki's legs. Miyazaki is fighting the takedown attempt but Rockefeller gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Rockefeller won't allow Miyazaki to sweep him here. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Rockefeller works over Miyazaki with some ground and pound from guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Miyazaki tries to land a sweep but no joy. Rockefeller makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Rockefeller postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Miyazaki is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rockefeller throws a big right hand that misses.

Miyazaki utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Miyazaki controls Rockefeller momentarily but Rockefeller frees himself. Rockefeller is stalling in the full guard. Rockefeller scoring with some ground and pound. Miyazaki looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Miyazaki throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Rockefeller won't allow Miyazaki to sweep him here. Rockefeller trying to control the position from guard on top but Miyazaki is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rockefeller is really struggling to control Miyazaki but he's trying to hold on to the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miyazaki being controlled here, momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We're going to have a standup here because James Dean Rockefeller wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Rockefeller missing with a left hand there. Miyazaki was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A swing and a miss from Rockefeller. Miyazaki circles away from the clinch attempt.
Rockefeller slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Rockefeller fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Miyazaki to the ground. Rockefeller is now in Miyazaki's guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Miyazaki can do anything to dispel that myth. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rockefeller stopping the sweep attempt from Miyazaki. Miyazaki bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rockefeller's guard. Rockefeller manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

The referee warns Miyazaki that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Rockefeller trying to control but he's not successful this time. Miyazaki is bucking up trying to escape but Rockefeller cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Rockefeller raining down shots from the mount! This has been an exciting period of action! Miyazaki tries to get back to half guard but can't. Rockefeller content just to control the position here. Rockefeller has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miyazaki is looking to get to half guard. Rockefeller dominating with strikes here. The referee warns Miyazaki that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Rockefeller looking to control and managing it successfully. Miyazaki is trying desperately to improve position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rockefeller can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Miyazaki is looking to escape. Miyazaki is trying to escape the mount.

James Dean Rockefeller dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Miyazaki fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Rockefeller looks to land a left hand but Miyazaki moved out of range nicely. Miyazaki misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Rockefeller connects with a body shot that sends Miyazaki's belly button to the back. Miyazaki takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Rockefeller connects with a jab. Miyazaki gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Rockefeller is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Miyazaki gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Rockefeller counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Miyazaki! James Dean Rockefeller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tsutomu Miyazaki. This has been an exciting period of action! Check out the look on Rockefeller's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rockefeller lands a decent elbow from side control. Rockefeller is looking to take a break and control but Miyazaki is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Miyazaki is trying to work for a sweep but Rockefeller has mounted him!
That's one minute gone in the round. Miyazaki taking shots to the head. Rockefeller lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Miyazaki is rocked! Rockefeller dominating with strikes here. Miyazaki is still in real trouble! Can Rockefeller finish him? Miyazaki is desperately trying to improve his position but Rockefeller has a good base and remains in mount. Miyazaki is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Miyazaki seems to have recovered his senses. Rockefeller lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Rockefeller really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Rockefeller wants to control the pace but Miyazaki is squirming around nicely. Rockefeller postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Miyazaki looks a forlorn figure.
