The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Bilha tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Turnstile paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Turnstile lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Turnstile dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on De Bilha. That did some damage!
Turnstile feints and then cracks De Bilha's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow De Bilha down.
De Bilha is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

De Bilha decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Turnstile preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

De Bilha escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Turnstile gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Turnstile makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
De Bilha wants to sweep but no luck.
De Bilha can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Turnstile controls the pace.
Turnstile seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down De Bilha for as long as he can get away with.
Turnstile passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Turnstile works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
De Bilha really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Turnstile. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Turnstile has hold of De Bilha's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! De Bilha tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Turnstile cranks the arm and De Bilha screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from De Bilha, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
