Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Duece Delta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lorenzo Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Delta's entrance music is the tough guy song. A fine choice. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Lorenzo Snow was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 19 - 0, fighting out of New York, Duece Delta! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lorenzo Snow! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Delta fails with the takedown and Snow counters with a leg kick. Snow throws a front kick aimed at Delta's knee but Delta avoids it well. Duece Delta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Delta fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Snow sprawls well initially but Delta persists and gets the takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Snow is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Delta seems to be working for a kimura but Snow defends the submission attempt. Delta is trying to work for a kimura but Snow is defending well.
Delta wants to work for an arm triangle but Snow is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Delta is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow blocking the ground and pound attempt from Delta. Snow is looking to improve his position.
Delta is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Snow defends it well. Delta seems to be looking for submissions.
Snow makes his way to full guard, as Delta worked for a kimura.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Delta throws a big elbow that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Delta tries to free his leg and advance position but Snow is retaining full guard. Delta missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Snow keeping full guard, as Delta tries to pass. Snow pulls Delta in close to prevent any damage. Snow trying to control the position.
Delta drops back, looking for a kneebar! Snow looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Snow looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Snow!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Delta is trying to work for a sweep but Snow has mounted him! Delta working to try and regain half guard.
Delta bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Delta tries to free his leg and advance position but Snow is retaining full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Delta is working hard here to advance position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Delta postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Snow is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Delta, into his guard. Delta is looking for a triangle but Snow pushes his legs off easily.
Snow is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Snow looking to pass the guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Snow wants to control from the top but Delta keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Duece Delta dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Horrible takedown by Delta or perhaps it was just good defense by Snow which made him look bad. Delta tries for a takedown but Snow circles away easily and Snow counters with a slapping leg kick. Delta misses with a takedown and Snow finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Duece Delta. That's going to take a lot out of him. Horrible takedown by Delta or perhaps it was just good defense by Snow which made him look bad. Delta shoots for a takedown but Snow saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Snow gets in close and instigates a clinch. A short left from Snow. Snow lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Snow lands a nice uppercut. Snow tries to work over Delta's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Snow breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Good leg kick by Snow there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Snow feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Delta's calf.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow scores with a kick to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Snow drives through and clinches with Delta against the cage.
Snow gets through Delta's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. A nice right hand lands inside from Snow. A short right from Snow. Snow digs a right hand into Delta's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Delta's gas tank. Snow works on Delta's body with a couple of short punches. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Snow lands a nice shot to the body. Snow lands a hook to the side of the head. Snow presses Delta against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Snow gets through Delta's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Snow lands a right hand that snaps the head of Delta backwards.
Delta is rocked! Nice body punch from Snow - that landed with a thud.
Delta has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Snow is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Snow misses with a body punch.
Lorenzo Snow seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Snow manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Snow lands a left hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Snow stops a takedown attempt from Delta.

Snow lands a right hand that snaps the head of Delta backwards. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Snow pushes Delta back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Delta being controlled against the cage. The crowd are getting on Snow's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch. Snow scores with an uppercut up the middle. Snow stops a takedown attempt from Delta.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Snow taking a breather. Delta blocks a body shot from Snow. Delta blocks a body shot from Snow. Nice body punch from Snow. Snow lands a body punch in the clinch. Snow throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Snow makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Snow lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Snow lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Delta. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Snow works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
The referee calls for Snow to work.
Snow receives a warning from the referee for stalling. Snow is working Delta over against the cage. Delta wants to take the fight to the mat but Snow manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Snow lands with a short punch from the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A hook to the body from Snow.
Snow lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Delta backwards. Snow lands with a short shot to the head. A short right from Snow on the inside. Snow pushes Delta back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Snow has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Snow lands on the inside with an uppercut. Snow lands a nice shot to the body. Snow gets through Delta's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Oh Delta is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Snow makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Snow lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Snow creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Still in the clinch, Snow scores with a nice short uppercut. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Snow lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lorenzo Snow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Delta takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Snow defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Delta. Delta seems to have got his legs back now. Delta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Snow's waist but Snow gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Delta off to one side. Snow is looking to slow Delta down with leg kicks. Snow drops Delta with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Delta looks back up at him and smiles so Snow waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Delta feints and as Snow raises his hands in defense, Delta changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Delta trying to control the position from guard on top but Snow is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Snow has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Delta pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Snow is keeping the position for now. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Delta being controlled here momentarily. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Delta pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Snow is keeping the position for now. Delta throws a big elbow that misses. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Snow is on top in guard.
Delta might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Snow stands and throws Delta's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Delta is looking to reverse the position. Snow moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Delta sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Delta actively working from the bottom here. Delta makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Delta. Delta wants to control but Snow passes easily into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Delta moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Snow avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Delta throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Snow escapes and throws Delta's legs to the side, diving into side control! Delta looks to move to half guard but instead Snow has passed into mount! Damn! Snow sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Snow tries to control but Delta wriggling away. Delta keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Snow trying to control but he's not successful this time. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Delta is trying desperately to improve position.
And that's the end of the fight! Lorenzo Snow comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Snow has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Lorenzo Snow! A very excited looking Lorenzo Snow rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
