Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Paul Brown!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Brown stands up out of the half guard.

Brown instigates a clinch.
Brown tries for a takedown. No joy.
Brown gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Parks.

Brown turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Brown happy to just control the position for now.
Parks is breathing heavily.
I looks like Brown might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Parks is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Parks wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.

Brown tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Brown lands a nice forearm strike.
Brown wants to control but Parks is keeping him busy.

Brown decides to stand back up. Brown steps back and let's Parks get back to his feet.
Brown shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Parks as he avoids it easily.
Brown shoots in and drives through. Parks sprawls well.
Domonic Parks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Brown.

Parks is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Brown's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Brown's back!

Parks is working hard for the rear naked choke here.

Parks is cranking Brown's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Brown! He's tightened the choke and Brown is tapping out!
