Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lee Atkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Myers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Atkin's entrance music is she's a lady. A fine choice. Myers has chosen Halloween as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Myers drives through and clinches with Atkin against the cage.
Myers using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Atkin has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Knees to the body from Myers.
Atkin throws an elbow but it misses.

Myers breaks from the clinch.
Atkin misses with an uppercut. Myers saw that one coming.
An inside leg kick lands from Myers.
Atkin walks into a stiff left hand from Myers.

It looks like Lee Atkin has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Atkin throws a head kick that misses.

Myers rushes Atkin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Atkin misses with an elbow strike.

Myers pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Myers lands a head kick!
Myers tries to score with a low kick but Atkin moves his leg out of the way.
An inside leg kick lands from Myers.

Myers takes the fight into the clinch.

Myers manages to break the clinch.

Myers throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Atkin tumbling to the canvas!

Lee Atkin's cut is getting worse.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Myers content to stall in guard here.
Atkin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Atkin tries to get out of the position.
Myers wants to pass the guard but Atkin is keeping the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Mike Myers.
Myers lands a nice leg kick that just misses Atkin's sensitive parts.
Atkin throws a lazy body kick
and Myers counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Myers drops Atkin with a big left hand and mounts him. Atkin is in big trouble!

Atkin is rocked!

Lee Atkin's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Myers's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mike Myers wasn't active enough on the ground.

Myers has Atkin up against the cage in a clinch.

Myers blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Myers's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Myers lands a nice shot to the body.

Myers clinches with his opponent.

Myers pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Atkin throws an overhand right that lands on Myers's shoulder, as Myers tries to avoid the shot.
Atkin has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Myers.
Myers throws a leg kick but Atkin moved away.
A good leg kick by Myers.
Atkin is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A nice inside leg kick there by Myers. That's going to slow Atkin down.
Myers connects with a solid leg kick.
Atkin takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A slapping leg kick lands for Myers.
Myers lands with a kick to the ribs.
Lee Atkin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Myers cracks Atkin with an uppercut from hell and Atkin crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Myers's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Jeez, Lee Atkin's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Lee Atkin's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
