Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Jake Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, David Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller thows a left - swing and a miss!
A big right from Miller misses.
Miller shoots in looking for a takedown. Johnson tries to sprawl out of it but Miller keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Johnson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Miller lands a head shot.
Johnson slips a jab and a cross from Miller.

Miller misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Johnson clobbers Miller with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

David Johnson dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Miller looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Miller is fighting off a takedown attempt but Johnson is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Miller to the mat. Miller regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Johnson, as that shot connected.

David Johnson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Johnson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
