Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between New Tall Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brett Heart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, New Tall Guy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brett Heart! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guy fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Guy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Guy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Heart's guard. Heart looking to control but Guy passes into half guard.
Guy seems to be working for a kimura but Heart defends the submission attempt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Guy tries to stand and escape but Heart is controlling the position. Guy tries to pass to full mount but Heart defends it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guy takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Guy thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Heart's head. Guy is working for a submission of some sort.
Heart is looking to control Guy's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Heart avoid being mounted? Guy is looking to stall here but Heart recovers full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guy controlling from the top position. Guy with a nice head shot there. Guy missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Guy working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guy wants to pass the guard but Heart is keeping the position. Guy trying to control but Heart is working from the bottom. Guy loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Heart is controlling Guy's posture. Guy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of New Tall Guy. Heart keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for New Tall Guy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Guy is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Heart's half guard. Guy missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Guy looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Heart is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Guy throwing shots but Heart is blocking nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
New Tall Guy dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Heart tries to sprawl but Guy drives through with a takedown into half guard. Guy looks to land a strike but Heart avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Guy pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Heart is keeping the position for now. Guy trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Guy seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Guy trying to control but Heart is working from the bottom. Guy passes into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guy is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Heart has managed to free his arm - good work. Guy is keen to just control but Heart is a slippery customer. Guy wants to pass to mount but Heart is defending the position. Heart blocking the ground and pound attempt from Guy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guy working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Heart's thigh. Heart counters though and makes it back to full guard. Heart is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Heart is breathing heavily. Guy throws a big right hand that misses. Heart preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Guy is fighting to break Heart's control of his arms but Heart is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guy looking to sit in guard and control but Heart gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Guy pushes a forearm under Heart's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Heart is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
