And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alex Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson misses with a body kick.
Jackson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Jackson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Alex Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson tries to clinch but Wilis moves out of range.
Wilis leaves Jackson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jackson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Wilis's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wilis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jackson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Wilis is tightening it up a little... Jackson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Jackson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Jackson taps out! Nice BJJ there by Wilis!
