Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tim Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Dagger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Price comes to the cage accompanied by Mistakes. Price has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dagger shoots in for a takedown but Price shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Dagger shoots in for a double leg but Price sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Price lands with a kick to the temple. Dagger shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Price tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Price is breathing heavily.

and Dagger takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Dagger will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Horrible takedown by Dagger or perhaps it was just good defense by Price which made him look bad.

Price using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Dagger has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Price stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

A short body shot lands from Price as the two fighters clinch.

Price pulls guard effortlessly.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Dagger passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Dagger wants to control but Price is keeping him busy.

Dagger is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Price has escaped the position, nice work there.

Price tries to bench press Dagger off him but Dagger keeps the position.
Price is not content to let Dagger control the position.
Dagger creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Tim Price will probably get the nod.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dagger dives in and grabs Price's left leg, looking for a takedown. Price pushes down on Dagger's head and hops out.

and Price counters with a three punch combo that has Dagger backing up. Dagger nods at Price to acknowledge the strikes.

Price fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dagger looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Price, as that shot connected.
Horrible takedown by Dagger or perhaps it was just good defense by Price which made him look bad.
Dagger takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Dagger has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Price stuffs the takedown.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dagger takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Dagger takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Tim Price showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Price, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
