Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between JJ Johnston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bert Ernie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnston comes to the cage accompanied by Shackler's Revenge - Guns N Roses. Bert Ernie struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 136.9lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ernie shoots in looking for a takedown but Johnston manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ernie's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Johnston tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ernie paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ernie crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Johnston - the referee stops the clock and Ernie gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Johnston. Ernie manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Ernie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnston's waist but Johnston gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ernie off to one side.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

A very excited looking JJ Johnston rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
