Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wesley Watkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Wesley Watkins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Matt Parker! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Watkins tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Watkins tries to clinch but Parker moves out of range. Watkins fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Parker closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Parker misses with a knee strike.
Watkins fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Parker is trying to pull guard but Watkins has him pressed against the cage. Parker has Watkins pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Watkins manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Parker tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Wesley Watkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Parker. Watkins breaks from the clinch.
Watkins shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Parker manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Watkins got a little sloppy there for a moment and Parker has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Watkins has managed to get both his arms back between Parker's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parker is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Watkins defends well. Watkins sitting in guard, not really doing much. Parker is looking to sweep but instead, Watkins has passed into half guard.
Parker is looking for a sweep. Watkins is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Watkins slows the pace down in half guard. Watkins is working for a kimura but Parker is defending it quite comfortably.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Watkins takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Watkins is trying for a kimura here. Parker looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Watkins wins by kimura!
