Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Papermouth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Scarpavi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Roger Papermouth! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Roger Scarpavi! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Papermouth lets loose with a powerful body kick. Scarpavi will feel that in the morning. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Scarpavi crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Papermouth - the referee stops the clock and Scarpavi gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Papermouth. Scarpavi manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Scarpavi takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Roger Scarpavi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Papermouth lands a nice shot to the body.
Scarpavi looks winded! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Scarpavi throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Papermouth. Papermouth lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Papermouth lands a big head kick that sends Scarpavi tumbling to the mat! Papermouth takes a step backwards and waves Scarpavi back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Roger Scarpavi has been cut. Scarpavi takes a body punch but keeps moving. Scarpavi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Papermouth can pounce on him.
Papermouth feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Scarpavi's calf. Papermouth lands with a kick to the ribs.
Scarpavi takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Papermouth feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Scarpavi sprawling to the canvas! Scarpavi rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Papermouth finish him?!
Scarpavi is rocked! Scarpavi tries to get into range but Papermouth steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Scarpavi! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Papermouth scores the big KO victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Roger Papermouth! Roger Papermouth took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'I'm never scared when I'm out on the beat, and I'll tell you why. It's because I have the best darn team backing me up on those streets. Officers God and Jesus. I know that God protects me from all danger and that Jesus guides my bullets straight into the brains and lungs of lawless slime. BAM!'.
