Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robin Godbeard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Godbeard comes to the cage accompanied by God Save the Queen. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Robin Godbeard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tyson Pain! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Godbeard finds it's way through Pain's defenses. Godbeard stuffs the takedown attempt from Pain. Pain gets slowly back to his feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Pain. Godbeard tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Godbeard pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pain fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Robin Godbeard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyson Pain. Pain shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Godbeard defends it nicely. Pain bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Pain tries for a kimura but Godbeard is defending well. Pain is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Godbeard knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Godbeard knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pain on the ground. Pain is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Godbeard has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pain swings around for an armbar but Godbeard sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Pain's guard. Pain keeping moving, preventing Godbeard from controlling successfully. Pain working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Godbeard doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Godbeard manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Pain had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Godbeard defends it easily. Pain is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Godbeard is aware though and is defending well. Pain is looking for a triangle but Godbeard pushes his legs off easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pain keeping moving, preventing Godbeard from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Godbeard missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Pain working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Godbeard doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Godbeard manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Godbeard trying to control but Pain is working from the bottom. Godbeard has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Pain had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Godbeard defends it easily. Godbeard scoring with some ground and pound. Godbeard postures up in Pain's guard and throws a big left but Pain blocks it. Pain looking for a triangle here. Godbeard is fighting it but it looks tight! Pain pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Godbeard is tapping out - this one is all over!
