Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Possu Jokinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toshiro Montero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Montero has chosen Danzig - Mother as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Possu Jokinen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Toshiro Montero! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jokinen misses with a few strikes there.
Jokinen throws a body punch but Montero moves out of range. A telegraphed right hand from Jokinen misses the target. Montero closes the distance and clinches up with Jokinen, looking for a takedown. Montero pushes Jokinen against the cage but Jokinen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Montero misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jokinen missing with a left hand there. Montero was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Jokinen with a jab. Montero takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A swing and a miss from Montero. Jokinen misses with a series of wild punches.
Jokinen swats away the attempt to clinch by Montero. Jokinen throws a nice looking combination but Montero bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Montero drives through with a takedown into guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Montero won't allow Jokinen to sweep him here. Jokinen is working hard here to advance position. Jokinen is trying to keep Montero in close.
That's one minute gone in the round. Montero is working Jokinen over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Montero stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jokinen swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Montero trying to control the position from guard on top but Jokinen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Montero seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Jokinen looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Jokinen is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Montero defends well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jokinen has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Montero has passed into side control.
Montero trying to control the position but Jokinen is working away. Jokinen wants to control but Montero postures up. Jokinen has one of Montero's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage. Montero working away. Jokinen takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jokinen is looking for a sweep. Montero working the ground and pound from side control. Montero scoring with punches from side control. Montero working away. A control attempt from Jokinen but he's now mounted! Montero controlling from the full mount. Montero is landing with some decent strikes but Jokinen is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Montero with the ground and pound from mount. Montero dominating with strikes here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jokinen tries to hold on but Montero postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Montero punishing his opponent with strikes. Jokinen really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Montero trying to control but Jokinen is having none of it. Jokinen regains half guard. Jokinen is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Montero's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Montero's back! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Montero just trying to survive but Jokinen is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Jokinen working for a choke but Montero is defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Toshiro Montero dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Jokinen throws an off balance right hand
and Montero decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jokinen's guard. Montero passes easily into side control. Nice work. Montero trying to control the action but Jokinen is working from the bottom. Jokinen is looking for a sweep. Toshiro Montero has got the better of the ground game so far. You can see the frustration on Jokinen's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Montero wants to control but Jokinen is keeping him busy. Montero wants to control for a moment but Jokinen uses the opportunity to move back to half guard. Jokinen won't allow Montero to pass to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jokinen works his way to full guard. Good work. Jokinen tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jokinen looking to control.
Montero passes Jokinen's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Montero looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Jokinen has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Montero is working away from the top position though. Montero is looking to pass Jokinen's guard but actually Jokinen recovers to full guard. Montero throws a big elbow that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jokinen looking for a sweep. Not yet Jokinen, not yet. Montero connects with a couple of short punches. Montero scoring with some ground and pound. Jokinen trying to keep a closed guard but Montero is proving a slippery customer.
Montero throws a strike but Jokinen rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jokinen advances to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Montero blocking the ground and pound attempt from Jokinen. Montero trying to control here.
Jokinen not landing any meaningful shots this time. Jokinen throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Montero to regain full guard. Jokinen stopping the sweep attempt from Montero. Jokinen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Montero is keeping the position for now. Montero wants to sweep but no luck.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Montero working a defensive guard but Jokinen manages to pass into side control anyway.
Montero gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Jokinen throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Jokinen looks to land a strike but Montero avoids it nicely and regains full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jokinen is looking to work some ground and pound but Montero has wrist control. Montero not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Toshiro Montero showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Possu Jokinen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jokinen is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Montero. Jokinen scores with a punch to the head. Jokinen throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Good standup being displayed there by Jokinen as he connects with a hook. Jokinen looks to land a right hand but Montero moved out of range. Jokinen avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Montero thows a body kick. Jokinen tries to catch it but that hurt him. Jokinen swings for the body but Montero moves out of range.
Jokinen pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Jokinen just misses with a punch to the body.
Jokinen misses with a straight left. Montero tries to close the distance and clinch but Jokinen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Possu Jokinen is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jokinen throws a sloppy head kick and Montero moves out of range easily. Montero fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Jokinen checks it well. Jokinen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jokinen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Montero accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jokinen utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Montero trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Jokinen not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Jokinen wants to sweep here but Montero controlling him for the moment. Jokinen wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Montero sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jokinen's guard. Montero seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jokinen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jokinen wants to control but Montero is keeping busy and won't allow it. Jokinen looking for subs from the bottom but Montero mounts him! Montero landing punches. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Montero dominating with strikes here. Montero wants to control the pace but Jokinen is squirming around nicely. Montero is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Jokinen is looking to improve his position but Montero isn't that keen on the idea. Montero can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jokinen is looking to escape. Montero punishing his opponent with strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Montero lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Jokinen tries to reverse the position but Montero maintains control. Montero looking to control but Jokinen is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Possu Jokinen has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Montero scoring with strikes but Jokinen is staying in there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jokinen is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Jokinen is wriggling around trying to escape.
Jokinen tries to lock up and control but Montero gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Montero landing strikes from the mount and Jokinen is in trouble! Jokinen regains half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Montero connects with a nice short shot to Jokinen's temple. Montero is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Jokinen has managed to free his arm - good work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Montero seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jokinen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
And that's the end of the fight! Toshiro Montero comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Montero winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Toshiro Montero! After the fight, Toshiro Montero was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
