Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Conway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Flynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Conway's entrance music is Money in The Bank. A fine choice. Flynn has chosen Kanye West- Amazing as his entrance music. The key to victory for Ryan Conway has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Frank Flynn! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Conway shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Conway dives in and scores a takedown into Flynn's guard. Flynn keeping full guard, as Conway tries to pass. Conway will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Conway is working hard here to advance position. Conway stops Flynn from standing up. Conway pushes down on Flynn's leg and manages to get into half guard. Conway prevents Flynn from standing back up.

Conway manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Flynn on his heels. He'll look to pass Flynn's guard now, I'm sure. Flynn is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Conway is looking to pass into half guard but Flynn pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Flynn is in guard. Flynn tries to free his leg and advance position but Conway is retaining full guard. Conway is pulling down on Flynn's head to control his posture. Flynn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Conway swivels though and keeps the full guard.

He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Flynn trying to control but Conway is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Flynn looking to pass the guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

No luck for Conway with that takedown attempt. Flynn dives in and grabs Conway's left leg, looking for a takedown. Conway pushes down on Flynn's head and hops out. Ryan Conway is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Flynn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Conway moves away. Flynn scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Flynn shoots in for a takedown but Conway shows good takedown defense. Flynn throws out a powerful jab. Flynn defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Conway. Conway shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Flynn but Flynn pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Conway. That's going to take a lot out of him. A combination from Flynn does no damage. Conway shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Flynn as he avoids it easily. Conway shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Flynn sprawls well. Flynn wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Conway gets slowly back to his feet. Conway closes this distance looking for a takedown but Flynn circles away. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flynn throws a series of punches but Conway avoids them all with ease. Frank Flynn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Conway shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Flynn as he jumps to the side. Conway fails with a takedown attempt. Conway tries to score a power double leg takedown but Flynn sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Conway somewhat. Flynn defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Conway. Flynn tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Flynn misses with a few strikes there.
Flynn closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Conway's guard. Conway keeping moving, preventing Flynn from controlling successfully. Ryan Conway overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Flynn wants to stand but Conway is controlling his posture from full guard. Ryan Conway is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flynn looking to pass the guard. Conway pulls Flynn in close to prevent any damage. Flynn trying to control but Conway is working from the bottom. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Frank Flynn hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Flynn throws a sloppy head kick and Conway moves out of range easily. Conway shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! No luck with that takedown attempt from Conway. A jab lands there for Flynn.

and Conway counters with a series of strikes. Flynn will be more careful next time no doubt. Frank Flynn seems to be getting the better of the standup. Flynn stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Flynn wants it to stay on the feet. Flynn finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Frank Flynn has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Flynn throws a sloppy head kick and Conway moves out of range easily. Conway shoots in looking for a takedown but Flynn manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Conway's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Flynn jabs at Conway's body. Flynn throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

He shot from a bit too far out. Conway shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Flynn sprawls well. Flynn wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Conway gets slowly back to his feet. Conway avoids a kick to the body.
Conway looks for a takedown but Flynn sprawls well. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Conway ducks under a wild hook from Flynn. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Conway is defended easily by Flynn. Conway avoids the head kick by Flynn.
And that's the end of the fight! Frank Flynn comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Conway has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
