Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Digol Bick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nino Canaleta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bick might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dissection - Thorns of Crimson Death. The crowd seem to be enjoying Canaleta's choice of entrance music: bink sake-one piece. Nino Canaleta has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Micheangelo Fripello and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canaleta looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bick is fending him off so far but Canaleta persists. Nope, Bick circles away and we're back to standing.
Canaleta moves into the clinch.
Bick works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Bick wants to control from the top but Canaleta keeps moving.
Bick stands up over Canaleta, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Bick postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Bick cracks Canaleta with a solid left hand.
Bick trying to control the position from guard on top but Canaleta is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bick content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bick passes Canaleta's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Canaleta is trying to stand back up but Bick is controlling him

Canaleta has hold of Bick's hands but Bick slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Bick uses his free foot to push down on Canaleta's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Canaleta.

It looks like Nino Canaleta has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Bick has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bick cracks Canaleta with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That has opened up Nino Canaleta's cut even more.
Bick lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Canaleta is still in real trouble! Can Bick finish him?
Bick lands a heavy elbow.
Bick drops a big elbow. That's hurt Canaleta! More shots from Bick and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
