Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rami Kottari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryszard Rynkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryszard Rynkowski will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rynkowski keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kottari.
Rami Kottari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kottari thows a left - swing and a miss!

Kottari takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Kottari darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Kottari dips to his left and cracks Rynkowski with an uppercut!

Kottari swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Kottari throws a lazy right hand but Rynkowski sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Rynkowski lands with a nice combination. Kottari backs away looking to recover.
Kottari rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Rynkowski counters with a three punch combo that has Kottari backing up. Kottari nods at Rynkowski to acknowledge the strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rynkowski takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Kottari looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Rynkowski throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Rynkowski on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Kottari is nestled in close to Rynkowski, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

That has opened up Ryszard Rynkowski's cut even more.

Ryszard Rynkowski's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Rami Kottari decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
