The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Sakaki misses
and Pascu counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Sakaki throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sakaki throws a sloppy head kick
and Pascu counters with a takedown into side control.
Pascu controls the position.
Pascu decides to stand back up. Pascu steps back and let's Sakaki get back to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pascu showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sakaki.
Sakaki throws a head kick that misses.
Sakaki throws a lazy head kick
and Pascu counters with a nice body shot.
Sakaki looks winded!
Pascu closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Sakaki's guard.
Pascu's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Pascu distracts Sakaki with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pascu works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Pascu is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Sakaki!
Sakaki takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Pascu raining down shots from the mount!
Sakaki is rocked!

Sakaki is still in real trouble! Can Pascu finish him?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pascu throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Sakaki has his hands clasped together but Pascu breaks the hold and Sakaki is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Pascu!
