Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaylin Acker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Daniels might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to X Gonna Give it to Ya. The key to victory for James Daniels has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, James Daniels!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jaylin Acker!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Acker lands a big head kick that sends Daniels tumbling to the mat! Acker takes a step backwards and waves Daniels back to his feet - he wants the finish!


It looks like James Daniels has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Acker keeps Daniels at a distance using the push kick.
Daniels tries to clinch up but Acker circles away and keeps his distance.
Daniels defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Acker.

Acker got a little sloppy there for a moment and Daniels has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Acker has managed to get both his arms back between Daniels's legs - danger averted.
Daniels will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Acker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Daniels can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
