The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hard throws a push kick but Turner slaps the foot to one side.
Hard fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Hard uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Turner.
Hard lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Turner scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Turner is trying to control the action in half guard but Hard is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Hard has hold of Turner's hands but Turner slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Turner is looking to take a break and control but Hard is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Turner takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Hard has hold of Turner's hands but Turner slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Turner is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

Turner must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Hard looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Turner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Turner is in close to Hard's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Turner slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Hard is trying to keep Turner in close.
Turner drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hard dives on top into guard.

Turner seems keen to control Hard's posture.

Hard is looking to advance position but Turner has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Turner breaks from Hard's wrist control and lands an elbow.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Turner looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Oh Hard is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big strike lands for Turner! That's really hurt Hard and he's turned his back - Turner keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Turner jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
