Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Juan Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tat Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perez comes to the cage accompanied by Kill The Noise Pt. 1. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tat Taylor! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Taylor drives through and clinches with Perez against the cage.
Taylor lands an elbow that stopped Perez in his tracks for a moment. Taylor breaks the clinch.
Taylor dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Taylor misses with a two punch combination.
Taylor closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Perez to the mat! Perez manages to get full guard. Taylor gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Perez misses with a wild body shot. Perez checks a leg kick. Taylor throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Taylor changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Perez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Perez is trying to control Taylor's posture but Taylor avoids it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Taylor controlling from side mount. Perez is trying to improve his position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Perez is working hard here to advance position. Taylor controlling the position from side mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Taylor stands up. Taylor lands a jab-cross combination. Taylor misses with a few strikes there.
Taylor scores with a takedown into Perez's guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Taylor controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Taylor passes into half guard. Perez is trying to get back to full guard. Taylor not doing much here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. It looks like Taylor might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Tat Taylor. Taylor scores with a jab. Taylor misses with a two punch combination.
Taylor has managed to clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Taylor takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Taylor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Perez tries to keep at a distance but Taylor has taken the fight into the clinch. Perez has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Taylor tries for a takedown but Perez manages to get underhooks.
Taylor's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Taylor shoots in and gets a takedown into Perez's guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Perez has momentary wrist control but Taylor slips an elbow through the middle. Perez throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tat Taylor dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Taylor throws a right and a left that Perez avoids nicely. Taylor gets the takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Perez is looking to get back to his feet here but Taylor is keeping cool and he's managed to take Perez's back. Perez trying to control the hands but Taylor breaks the grip. Perez is really stuck here.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Perez tries to escape but Taylor has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Perez is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Taylor has the hooks in. Perez is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
That's one minute gone in the round. Taylor is trying to stick to Perez's back but Perez is turning into Taylor. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Taylor's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Perez. Taylor scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Taylor closes this distance looking for a takedown but Perez circles away. Taylor tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Perez was well out of range. Poor timing from Taylor. Taylor fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Perez manages to avoid it. Perez throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Taylor tries to bum rush Perez with a series of wild strikes but Perez uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Perez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Taylor moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Taylor shoots in for a double leg but Perez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Taylor lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Perez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Taylor but Taylor pushes him off and we're back to square one. Perez circles away from the clinch attempt.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Perez scores with a shot to the body.
Taylor throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Perez was covering up waiting for the punch and Taylor finishes the takedown easily into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perez has an active guard here but Taylor has managed to pass into half guard.
Taylor frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Taylor prevents Perez from getting the reversal. Taylor content just to control the position here. Taylor with the ground and pound from mount. Perez tries to hold on but Taylor postures up. Taylor raining down shots from the mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Perez is looking to get to half guard. Taylor takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Perez wants to control but Taylor is having none of it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Taylor lands a nice shot to the head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Perez can't escape the position.

Tat Taylor showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Taylor forces Perez back against the cage and clinches. Taylor pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Taylor has been the more effective fighter overall so far. No luck with that takedown attempt from Taylor. Taylor will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Perez blocks a low kick nicely. Taylor throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Perez.
That's one minute gone in the round. Taylor moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Taylor. Perez gets tackled into the cage by Taylor. Taylor maintains the clinch. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Perez is fighting off a takedown attempt but Taylor is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Perez to the mat. Perez regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Taylor avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Taylor is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Perez is working an open guard so Taylor takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Taylor looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Taylor shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Taylor was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! This has been an exciting period of action! Taylor decides to stand back up. Taylor steps back and let's Perez get back to his feet. Taylor scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Taylor takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Taylor working away. Taylor decides to stand back up. The fight moves into the clinch position. Taylor tries to pull guard but Perez forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Juan Perez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tat Taylor.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perez escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Taylor throws a nice looking combination but Perez bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Taylor instigates a clinch. Taylor turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Tat Taylor is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Perez is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Juan Perez has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Taylor takes a little break here. Perez wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Perez tries to bench press Taylor off him but Taylor keeps the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here. Perez tries to get back to half guard but can't. Perez is being controlled here.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Tat Taylor. Taylor stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Taylor wants it to stay on the feet. And that's the end of the fight! Tat Taylor comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Taylor has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
