Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Millar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renato Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dan Millar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Renato Silva! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva checks the leg kick nicely there.
Silva throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Millar tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Silva is in Millar's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Silva throwing strikes but missing. Silva with a flurry of punches that miss. Silva passes easily into side control. Nice work. Silva trying to control the position but Millar is working away. Silva wants to take a breather but Millar manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Silva. Silva wants to control from the top but Millar keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Silva postures up in Millar's guard and throws a big left but Millar blocks it. Millar working a defensive guard here.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Silva accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Silva is stalling in the full guard. Millar on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Millar tries to get out of the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Renato Silva was stalling too much, according to the referee. Silva misses with a wild combination.
Millar looking to land some kicks to the body here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Millar scores with a takedown into Silva's guard. Millar working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Millar slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Millar chips away with some ground and pound.
It looks like Renato Silva has been cut. Millar has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Millar stands up from guard. Let's bang! Millar clinches with his opponent.
Millar crunches a lovely knee into Silva's ribcage. Silva looking for a takedown. Millar gets control of Silva's arms and successfully pulls guard. Millar will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Millar is trying to control the position but Silva postures up. Silva pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Millar is keeping the position for now. Millar working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Millar trying to control the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Millar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Millar is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Come on Millar - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Millar breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Millar clinches. Millar lands a body punch. Silva looks winded! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Millar has hold of one of Silva's legs. Silva is fighting the takedown attempt but Millar gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Millar working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Millar makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Millar works over Silva with some ground and pound from guard. Millar distracts Silva with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Millar wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving. Millar thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Millar drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Millar jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Millar working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dan Millar dominated that round. The cut man is working on Renato Silva's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Millar rushes Silva and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Millar has Silva pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Millar pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Silva tumbling to the mat - Millar dives into Silva's guard. Millar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silva has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Millar has managed to get both his arms back between Silva's legs - danger averted. Millar working some strikes from top position. Millar would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Millar scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Silva is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Millar works over Silva with some ground and pound from guard.
That has opened up Renato Silva's cut even more. Silva is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Millar postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
The cut above Renato Silva's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Renato Silva's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Dan Millar! A less than humble Dan Millar misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
