Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Firnanda Talha!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cade lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Talha shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Talha showed some decent athleticism there.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Talha thows a huge punch but Cade dodges it nicely.

Talha is looking for a triangle but Cade pushes his legs off easily.

Cade got a little sloppy there for a moment and Talha has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Cade has managed to get both his arms back between Talha's legs - danger averted.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Talha working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cade doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cade manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Cade's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd cheers as Cade lands an impressive looking overhand right. Talha doesn't seem phased though.

Talha changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cade fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Talha shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cade but Cade pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Cade stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cade wants it to stay on the feet.

In his post fight interview, Carver Cade started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
