Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Geoly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Domingo Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perez wants to clinch up but Geoly keeps it at a distance.
Left hook, right uppercut from Perez.
Perez throws a leg kick that is checked
and Geoly finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Geoly slips a straight right by Perez.
Perez works Geoly's body with a nice hook.
Geoly throws a low kick, looking for Perez's leg but Perez calmly moves out of range.
Perez lands with a thumping leg kick.
Perez throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Perez shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Perez shoots in looking for a takedown but Geoly manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Perez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Perez is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Geoly is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Geoly parries the strikes from Perez easily there. Perez is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Geoly to escape.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Perez lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Perez thumps Geoly with a low kick.
Geoly fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Perez checks it well.
Perez lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Geoly at a distance.

Geoly does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Perez. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Geoly.

Domingo Perez comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Perez has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
