Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Calzaghe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miyamoto Musashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Calzaghe comes to the cage accompanied by The Pride of Wales. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Musashi clinches up against the cage.
Musashi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Calzaghe throws a body punch but Musashi moves out of range.

Musashi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Calzaghe ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Miyamoto Musashi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Calzaghe connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Musashi! He's out on his feet! Calzaghe rushes in and drops Musashi with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!

Joe Calzaghe really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that LOD: Affordable Quality logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
