Paltiguera misses with the combination.
A shot to the liver by Paltiguera. Beautiful body shot.
Penn misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Paltiguera will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nick Paltiguera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Penn is trying hard to land a takedown here. Paltiguera sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Penn slips a jab and a cross from Paltiguera.
Paltiguera drops Penn with a beautiful combination! Penn stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Paltiguera is looking for the KO!
It looks like Reagen Penn has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Penn shoots for a double leg takedown but Paltiguera sprawls well. He's pushed Penn's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Nick Paltiguera has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Reagen Penn.
Penn shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Paltiguera throws a series of punches but Penn moves out of range.
Paltiguera steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Penn is out on his feet! Paltiguera sets himself and nearly takes Penn's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
