Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Jacks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Seano Mac! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mac pushes Jacks away with a front kick. Mac throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jacks's waist but Jacks gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mac off to one side. Mac gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jacks to score an easy takedown into full guard. Mac tries to strike from the bottom.
Jacks wants to control from the top but Mac keeps moving. Mac looking to control.
Mac wants to stand up but Jacks is controlling him. Mac scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Jacks shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacks will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Jacks fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Jacks. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jacks gets tackled into the cage by Mac. Mac maintains the clinch. Mac should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Mac goes for a takedown attempt but Jacks pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Jacks shoots in and gets a takedown into Mac's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jacks trying to control the position from guard on top but Mac is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mac looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Jacks puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Mac is looking to get back to full guard here but Jacks has managed to pass to side control instead. Mac is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Jacks asserts his dominance and retains side control. Jacks wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mac keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mac tries to escape but Jacks is in control. Jacks tries for a kimura but Mac is defending well. Mac is trying to improve his position. Mac struggling a bit here. Jacks wants to control but Mac is keeping him busy. Jacks is really struggling to control Mac but he's trying to hold on to the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mac wants to get back to his feet but Jacks drags him back down. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Mac is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Mac is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Jacks has just dragged him back down to the mat. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jacks scoring with punches and elbows. Mac throws Jacks to one side and escapes! Mac pushes Jacks up against the cage in a clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Seano Mac will probably get the nod. That's time! Jacks's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jacks scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Jacks winds up and cracks Mac with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Mac flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Jacks thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Jacks trying to control the pace. Mac is trying to stand up here but Jacks is controlling him well. Mac tries to roll over but Jacks keeps him under control. Jacks wants to take a breather but Mac is having none of it. Max Jacks overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mac is trying to stand.
Jacks looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Well, if Jacks is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Max Jacks has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Mac pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jacks with a poor takedown and Mac counters with an inside leg kick. Mac gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Jacks escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jacks will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Max Jacks is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Mac throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Mac shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jacks as he jumps to the side. Mac clinches up with Jacks and pushes him back against the cage. Mac pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Jacks misses with a two punch combination.
Mac throws a nice outside leg kick. Mac lands with a nice combination. Jacks backs away looking to recover.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jacks fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jacks is looking to clinch. Mac avoids the head kick by Jacks.
Mac closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jacks did well to prevent Mac getting side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mac prevents Jacks from standing back up.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jacks is looking to improve his position.
Mac trying to control from Jacks's half guard. Jacks has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Mac looking to sit in guard and control but Jacks gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mac trying to strike off his back.
Mac wants to hit a switch here but Jacks passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Mac there! Mac is wriggling around trying to escape.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Mac is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Jacks cracks Mac with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Seano Mac will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Jacks throws a leg kick that misses. Mac misses with a body kick. Jacks fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mac, pushing him back against the cage. Mac lands a good knee to the midsection. Jacks won't want to take too many of those. Mac is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jacks is defending well for now. Mac escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jacks clinches. Mac gets a trip takedown into half guard. Jacks strikes from the bottom but Mac uses the opportunity to move to side control.
Jacks wants to control but Mac postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacks is trying to get back to half guard. Jacks is working hard here to advance position. Mac is staying tight to Jacks's torso, preventing him from escaping. Mac scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Jacks to see if he's OK. Mac landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Jacks wants to get back to his feet but Mac is dominant here and he's now got Jacks's back!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jacks takes a big shot to the side of the head.
Jacks is trying to break free.
Jacks controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Mac trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Mac is punishing Jacks with some ground and pound. Jacks is covering up but some of the strikes from Mac are getting through and doing damage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. I really don't envy Jacks right now.
Will Mac go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

That's three minutes gone in the round. Mac scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
Mac lands a shot to the body.
Jacks is rocked! Mac is working the ground and pound. Can Jacks escape? Oh Jacks is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Mac lands shots to the head and Jacks turtles up! The ref has seen enough and stops the fight! This one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Seano Mac!
