Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vit Tu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Maya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Tu might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Blanket on the ground. Maya has chosen Spitfire as his entrance music. The key to victory for Vit Tu has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maya uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tu.
Tu scores with a shot to the body.
Tu ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
A left and a right from Tu both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Damian Maya has been cut.
Tu shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Maya napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Maya is looking for a sweep.

Maya is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Tu's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Tu uses his free foot to push down on Maya's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Maya.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Tu has the hooks in. Maya is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
