Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jordan Hill!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stephane Chen!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill lands a nice looking body shot.
Chen takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Chen throws a predictable looking body shot
and Hill counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Hill lands a two punch combo.
Chen rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hill counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Chen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hill circles away quickly and effectively.
Chen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hill manages to avoid it.
Stephane Chen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hill showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Chen.
Chen tries to close the distance and clinch but Hill swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Chen misses with a hook
and Hill cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A combination from Chen does no damage.
Chen throws a right hand that Hill ducks under and follows up with a left that Hill also avoids with ease.
Hill checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Hill scores with a head kick. Chen tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Chen misses with a straight right.
Chen throws out a loose jab but Hill uses good head movement to avoid it.
Chen walks forward, straight into a front kick from Hill.
Chen takes one to the chin there.
Chen misses with a double jab
and Hill counters with a straight right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hill on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Chen shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hill is trying to defend but Chen finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Chen maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Hill could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Chen has cracked it and Hill is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Chen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Stephane Chen!
