Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Laynpray!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCracken takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
McCracken tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Laynpray tries for a takedown but McCracken sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

McCracken moves into the clinch.
Laynpray looking for a takedown.
Laynpray is looking for a takedown up against the cage. McCracken gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Paul McCracken has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Laynpray.
Knees to the body from McCracken.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Laynpray takes a knee to the side of the body.
Laynpray looks winded!

McCracken breaks the clinch.
McCracken keeps Laynpray at a distance using the push kick.
McCracken thows a body kick. Laynpray tries to catch it but that hurt him.
McCracken wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Laynpray chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before McCracken can pounce on him.
McCracken throws a head kick but Laynpray moves out of range.
Laynpray misses with a shot to the body
and McCracken makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Laynpray really felt that one!
Laynpray walks forward, straight into a front kick from McCracken.
McCracken scores with a kick to the body.
Laynpray doesn't succeed with the takedown
and McCracken counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Nice jab there from McCracken.

McCracken lands a big head kick that sends Laynpray tumbling to the mat! McCracken takes a step backwards and waves Laynpray back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Laynpray is rocked!


It looks like Joe Laynpray has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Laynpray shoots in for a takedown but McCracken shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
McCracken lands with a thumping leg kick.
McCracken fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Paul McCracken is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
McCracken scores with a jab to the body.
McCracken's corner calls for a 1-2. McCracken obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
McCracken feints and then cracks Laynpray's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Laynpray down.

McCracken lands a big head kick that sends Laynpray tumbling to the mat! McCracken takes a step backwards and waves Laynpray back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Laynpray is still on wobbly legs! Can McCracken finish him?
A solid leg kick lands there for McCracken.
McCracken throws a quick head kick that knocks Laynpray silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! McCracken is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Paul McCracken!
After the fight, Paul McCracken was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
