Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dmitry Boitsoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boitsoff comes to the cage accompanied by My Domination. Steel has chosen Kollegah - Bossaura as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Dmitry Boitsoff has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dmitry Boitsoff seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dmitry Boitsoff! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Steel! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksandr Martynov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boitsoff shoots in looking for a takedown. Steel tries to sprawl out of it but Boitsoff keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Steel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Boitsoff throws a jab when Steel was well out of range. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Steel. Boitsoff scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Boitsoff shoots in looking for a takedown. Steel tries to sprawl out of it but Boitsoff keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Steel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Boitsoff throws a hook but Steel blocks it. Boitsoff shoots in and gets a takedown into Steel's guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Steel keeping full guard, as Boitsoff tries to pass. Boitsoff missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Boitsoff makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Steel wants to sweep here but Boitsoff controlling him for the moment. Boitsoff thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Good work there from Steel! Boitsoff manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boitsoff is working for a kimura but Steel is defending it quite comfortably.

Boitsoff is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Steel doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Boitsoff. Boitsoff is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Steel is just riding it out for now. Boitsoff eventually gives up the hold.

Steel is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Boitsoff is thwarting Steel's attempts to control the position. Steel avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Boitsoff. Boitsoff not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boitsoff is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Steel still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Steel has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! Boitsoff manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Steel wants to get back to his feet.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Boitsoff is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Steel moves out of range as Boitsoff strikes. Boitsoff lands with a cross. Boitsoff tries for a takedown but Steel sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Steel connects with an inside leg kick. Boitsoff throws a hook to the side of Steel's head but Steel sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A solid leg kick lands there for Steel.

Boitsoff slips a straight right by Steel. Steel throws a solid leg kick but Boitsoff takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Steel. Boitsoff shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Steel manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Boitsoff wants to control from the top but Steel keeps moving. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Boitsoff missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Boitsoff looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Steel with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Boitsoff has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Steel taking some punishment here, with Boitsoff in his half guard. Boitsoff thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Boitsoff is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Steel fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Boitsoff has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Boitsoff walks into a stiff left hand from Steel. A chopping leg kick lands by Steel. Steel thuds his shin into the meat of Boitsoff's side. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Steel tests Boitsoff's chin there with a solid looking shot. Boitsoff chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Steel can pounce on him.
Steel cracks Boitsoff with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Boitsoff looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Steel finish him?

Dmitry Boitsoff's cut is getting worse. Boitsoff shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Steel as he avoids it easily. Dmitry Boitsoff is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Steel fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Steel cracks Boitsoff on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Boitsoff falls backwards against the cage. Steel follows up with more strikes that drop Boitsoff to his knees. Steel keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Boitsoff! This one is all over!
