Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benson Hedges (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mante Quilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hedges's entrance music is Jason 'Mayhem' Miller Dream 9 Entrance. A fine choice. Mante Quilla has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quilla rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hedges moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Quilla ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hedges moves away.
Quilla falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hedges counters with a nice uppercut.
Mante Quilla seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hedges shoots in for a takedown but Quilla shows good takedown defense.
Quilla gets a double leg takedown into Hedges's guard.
Quilla wants to control from the top but Hedges keeps moving.
Hedges pulls Quilla in close to his closed guard and prevents Quilla from doing any damage or advancing position.
Quilla really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hedges. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Quilla postures up and lands a big shot to Hedges's brow.
Quilla stands up over Hedges, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Quilla must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Quilla working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Hedges looking for a triangle here. Quilla is fighting it but it looks tight! Hedges pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Quilla is tapping out - this one is all over!
