Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ron Dennis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maykel Awang Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Awang Bang has chosen 2pac Changes as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dennis scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
It looks like Maykel Awang Bang has been cut.
Dennis lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Dennis misses with an uppercut
and Awang Bang makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Dennis misses with a left hand
and Awang Bang counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Dennis looks to land a body kick but Awang Bang moved away.
Ron Dennis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dennis misses the body punch
and Awang Bang counters with a good low kick that Dennis was not able to check.
Dennis ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Awang Bang moves away.
Dennis throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Awang Bang.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dennis lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Awang Bang has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Awang Bang and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Dennis throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Awang Bang misses with a low kick.

Dennis throws a series of punches but Awang Bang avoids them all with ease.
Awang Bang throws a head kick but Dennis moves out of range.
Awang Bang misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dennis works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Awang Bang digs a good hook to Dennis's body.
Dennis misses with a right hand
and Awang Bang counters with a one-two to the body.
Dennis cracks Awang Bang with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dennis has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Awang Bang to stand back up!
Awang Bang is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dennis forces Awang Bang back against the cage and clinches.
Awang Bang is still on wobbly legs! Can Dennis finish him?
Dennis manages to pull guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dennis wants to stand up but Awang Bang is controlling him.
Awang Bang tries to stand but Dennis is controlling from the bottom.
Awang Bang seems to have recovered his senses.
Awang Bang stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dennis swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Awang Bang thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Awang Bang wants to pass the guard but Dennis is keeping the position.
Awang Bang has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Dennis is proving hard to escape from.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dennis is trying to keep Awang Bang in close.
We're going to have a standup here because Ron Dennis wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Dennis looks to score with a jab to the body but Awang Bang is just out of range.
Dennis throws a nice inside leg kick.
Dennis bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Dennis scores with a shot to the body.

Dennis misses with an uppercut. Awang Bang saw that one coming.
A nice leg kick lands there from Dennis.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Awang Bang uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dennis.

Dennis drops Awang Bang with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Awang Bang! Dennis dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
