Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikko Kytta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Pegas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kytta comes to the ring accompanied by The Odorants - This Night. Jon Pegas told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jon Pegas!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pegas lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kytta has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kytta and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Pegas wants to clinch
and Kytta counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Jon Pegas has been cut.
Pegas throws a jab but it's blocked by Kytta.
Pegas looks to land a right hand but Kytta moved out of range.
Pegas pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Pegas sizes up Kytta with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Mikko Kytta has been cut.
Pegas works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Jon Pegas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pegas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kytta swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kytta throws a wild body kick that Pegas sees coming a mile off.
Pegas throws a head kick that misses.
Pegas feints and then cracks Kytta's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kytta down.
Kytta avoids the body shot from Pegas.
Pegas thows a leg kick but Kytta checks it
and Kytta counters with a head kick. That will keep Pegas thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Pegas throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kytta counters with a good, hard body kick but Pegas shrugs it off.

Pegas lands with a right hand.

and Kytta counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Pegas looks winded!

Pegas clinches with his opponent.
With the fighters up against the ropes, Pegas throws an elbow but misses.
Pegas breaks from the clinch.
Kytta is looking to land body kicks.
Pegas moves in looking to clinch but Kytta pushes him off.

Pegas tries to land a front kick but Kytta steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kytta pulls out of a head kick attempt.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Pegas checks a leg kick.
Kytta swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Pegas misses with a leg kick
and Kytta counters with a good low kick that Pegas was not able to check.
Kytta cracks Pegas with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Pegas throws a leg kick but Kytta sees it coming and moves out of range.
Pegas goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Pegas looks for the body kick but Kytta saw that one coming.
A head kick by Kytta misses
and Pegas counters with a big head kick but Kytta shrugs it off.
Pegas clinches up against the ropes.
Kytta breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pegas avoids a kick to the body.
Kytta goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Pegas tries to land a body kick
and Kytta counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kytta throws a hook to the side of Pegas's head but Pegas sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Pegas tries to clinch but Kytta moves away
and Kytta counters with a body kick that stops Pegas in his tracks momentarily.
Pegas walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Kytta throws a chopping leg kick but Pegas manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Kytta thuds a left hand into Pegas's body.
Pegas walks forward, straight into a front kick from Kytta.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kytta lands a jab to the nose.
Pegas misses with a hook.
Pegas doesn't manage to clinch there - Kytta circles away.
Kytta throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Kytta misses with a two punch combination.
Kytta avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Pegas misses with a hook. Kytta ducked under it nicely.
Kytta lands a big uppercut and Pegas crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Pegas looks OK. Kytta waves Pegas back to his feet!
Pegas is rocked!
A solid leg kick lands there for Kytta.
Pegas is still on wobbly legs! Can Kytta finish him?
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Kytta engages and cracks Pegas with a massive lead left hook - Pegas tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Kytta is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mikko Kytta!
