Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kermit Earlandson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Stann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Earlandson comes to the cage accompanied by the theme from titanic. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Earlandson shoots in for a double leg but Stann sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Earlandson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Stann as he avoids it easily.
The crowd cheers as Stann lands an impressive looking overhand right. Earlandson doesn't seem phased though.

and Stann counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Stann connects with a body shot that sends Earlandson's belly button to the back.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Earlandson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Stann tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Earlandson is in Stann's guard.

Stann clobbers Earlandson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Stann fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Earlandson on the side of the head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Earlandson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Stann cracks Earlandson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Earlandson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Stann finish him?
Oh Earlandson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Earlandson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dan Stann showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Earlandson.
Earlandson seems to have got his legs back now.
Earlandson loses concentration momentarily and Stann pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Earlandson crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Stann finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Dan Stann!
A relieved looking Dan Stann thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
