Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Oleg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yass McDonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yass McDonald is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald misses with a takedown attempt
and Oleg counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Oleg advances to half guard.
Oleg is working for a submission of some sort.
Oleg works his way into full mount!
McDonald is squirming around, avoiding Oleg's attempts to control the action.
McDonald tries to hold on but Oleg postures up.

Oleg takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Oleg goes for an armbar but he's not got it… McDonald turns into him and now he's in Oleg's guard.
McDonald drops back, looking for a kneebar! Oleg looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Oleg looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Oleg!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McDonald can do anything to dispel that myth.
McDonald stops Oleg from passing to mount.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

McDonald wants to free his trapped foot but Oleg is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
